The 2025 milestone marked a crucial moment to redefine its positioning, enhance brand perception, and boost enrollments by leveraging its legacy and future vision.

To strengthen its market positioning, JECRC needed to stand out in the highly competitive higher education sector by creating a cohesive brand narrative that blended tradition with innovation. The university aimed to boost enrollments by positioning itself as one of India’s premier institutions, highlighting both its academic excellence and forward-looking vision.

At the same time, legacy and reputation management became crucial as JECRC reached its 25-year milestone, requiring a strategic showcase of its impact, achievements, and future aspirations. Alumni engagement, which had been inconsistent, needed structured initiatives to reconnect and activate the network. Alongside this, enhancing digital and offline engagement was essential, with a stronger online presence and integrated event marketing strategies designed to amplify legacy celebrations, summits, and community programs while engaging students, alumni, and industry leaders more effectively.

To deepen engagement, JECRC emphasized event marketing and community involvement. Signature events such as Orient, Convocation, department-wise festivals, and leadership summits reinforced the legacy while engaging students and industry leaders. Alumni strategies introduced mentorship programs and interactive sessions with successful entrepreneurs. Strong industry-academia collaborations were built through panels and workshops to bridge classroom learning with corporate needs. On a global scale, international partnerships expanded student exchange programs, research collaborations, and alliances with global educational platforms, positioning JECRC as an institution rooted in legacy yet driven by innovation and global relevance.

JECRC marked its 25-year milestone with legacy-driven storytelling and branding. A specially designed 25-Year Legacy Logo became the visual anchor, reflecting heritage and future vision, while a coffee table book captured milestones, the founder’s vision, alumni success stories, and industry impact. To amplify emotional connection, legacy videos showcased JECRC’s journey through digitized photos, testimonials, and compelling scripts. The redesigned prospectus and brochure highlighted academic excellence, industry collaborations, and global engagement. For positioning, a Go-to-Market strategy blending tradition with innovation was implemented, supported by a year-long storytelling campaign featuring alumni achievements, faculty research, and student startups through videos, timelines, and web content. A structured content calendar drove engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Medium, while geo-targeted ad campaigns focused on Tier 1 & 2 Indian cities and international markets like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Bhutan.
